-- 29th May, 2026 ROAD INFO: Leaders Creek Road has just been graded (and the bad spots have been filled in).. So itll be a nice smooth run out her this weekend. (Work has commenced on SWA road)
-- 24th May, 2026 LOVIN LEADERS CREEK!! Debbie & I had a nice day on the water. Some clouds rolled in and gave us a bit of shade. We watched the eagles while we fished, and went home with a few nice Muddies & Salmon. Well be back out there soon. 12th April, 2026 FISH FOR EVERYONE Thanks Steph, for sharing these great photos and some infor about your trip. Steph and family launched at Leaders Creek boat ramp and went across to Tommy Cut and Shady Camp. Steph said she caught a monster 94cm Barr, her husband (Zac) caught two barra (80cm and 90cm), and both kids (Piper and Daly) scored some good Salmon. Awesome work!!
-- 7th April, 2026 ROAD INFO LEADERS CREEK ROADpassable with caution check the washouts before driving through, as per previous posts. It was graded just before Easter, but the usual spots got washd out pretty quick. SALTWATER ARM ROADWeve just got word from a fisho who checked it out this morning too wet and boggy to pass. Wev had some nice sunny days, but big downpours nearly every night havent been giving it a chance to dry out. -- 17th March, 2026 ROAD INFO: Please continue to take care on the road. A little bit of water across the road (just before Saltwater Arm turn off) is hiding some deep spotssuggest keeping left, but also checking before driving through. Heads up for Fishos wanting to launch at Saltwater Arm Boat Ramp. SALTWATER ARM ROAD has some VERY DEEP HOLES hidden under LARGE STRETCHES OF WATER. Its claimed several vehicles over the last few days. Suggest avoiding till it drys out a bit. Freshwater creek has been lower lately, but still over the road. Beware of ruts each side that wouldnt be good to hit at speed. -- 10th March, 2026 ROAD INFO: Look out for several wash-outs the one just before SWA turn-off in particular. Right side is no good, and left is getting worseBest to check before driving through. Also, heads up for Fishos going to SWA Freshwater Creek has been impassible on and off last couple of days (mainly during high tide). Dont know much about the road condition, but pretty messy I think. Take care everyone drive to conditions, and enjoy your fishing!
